Following his hospitalisation for a "medical emergency" on Tuesday morning, a spokesman claimed on Wednesday that Jamie Foxx is now speaking again.

The spokesman stated that because of Jamie's health, some of his family members who were out of town visited the hospital. "He is speaking now,"

According to the spokesman, Foxx, 55, is currently in Atlanta working on the film "Back in Action" with Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close.

Foxx's daughter Corinne Foxx sent a message earlier on Wednesday on Instagram saying that "fortunately, due to quick action and great care, he is already on the road to recovery."

"We are grateful for your prayers and are aware of how loved he is. The family requests privacy at this time," the statement continues.

Regarding Jamie Foxx's medical issue, no other information was given. Corinne Foxx's post did not allow comments.

Connie Kline, an ex-girlfriend of Jamie Foxx, shares Corinne Foxx. Additionally, he is the father of Annalise Bishop, a child he fathered with Kristin Grannis.

On the programme "Beat Shazam," which Jamie presents and executive produces while his daughter serves as DJ, Corinne Foxx and Jamie frequently collaborate.

Corinne Foxx spoke candidly about her personal health difficulties with TODAY.com last month. She discovered she had stage 4 endometriosis after experiencing severe pain, nausea, persistent exhaustion, and other symptoms.

The examinations, tests, and procedures she underwent at the doctor's office showed her the value of looking for support and solutions.
