Reese Witherspoon, the Academy Award winning actor and her husband Jim Toth has announce their seperation after 11 years of marriage. They have released a joint statement on Friday. It said, ” We have some personal news to share… It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult
decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together.” The couple-to-be-separated has asked for privacy and they had also added some words in the statement: “Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. We truly appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time – Reese and Jim.”

Jim Toth.
Jim Toth is a talent agent who works as a partner and head of motion picture talent at the talent agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). He was born on July 27, 1970, in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, USA.
Toth graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, along with a degree in political science. He started his career in the entertainment industry as an assistant at the talent agency Triad Artists in 1995. In 1999, he joined the William Morris Agency (now known as William Morris Endeavor) as an agent trainee, where he committed his work there for over ten years and represented several high-profile actors.
