The Netflix action movie “Extraction” starred by Chris Hemsworth, is back with a bang after the release of a new trailer for the second segment.
It was presumed that Chris Hemsworth died in the movie, but Tyler Rake is back to bring us another high-octane mission.

In the trailer for “Extraction 2,” Tyler Rake (Chris Hemsworth) is revealed to be alive. The trailer shows him beating people down with a riot shield in an ongoing prison break. He deflects molotov cocktails and uses his fiery fist to punch rioters.
Sam Hargrave, the director of the first movie, returns for the sequel as well. Anthony and Joe Russo, the producers, as well as co-workers of Hemsworth, are also there as producers. Sam Hargrave is the director of the second film after his directorial debut in the first segment. He was a stunt coordinator along with the Russos on “Avengers: Infinity War,” “Avengers: Endgame,” and “Captain America: Civil War.”
In “Extraction 2,” Golshifteh Farahani and Adam Bessa as Nik and Yaz Khan, working with Tyler Rake on his mission, Daniel Bernhardt and Tinatin Dalakishvili.
“Extraction” was released in April 2020. It turned out to be a major hit for Netflix. It became the most-watched original film premiere in the history of streaming service, reaching 99 million people in its first four weeks of release. The movie ended up as the fourth most-watched streaming film of 2020. It was the most-streamed during its weekend debut, and then it later re-entered the Top 10 releases during the Fourth of July weekend.
“Extraction 2” will release on June 16 on Netflix.
